Service offers some features on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Your subscription will be billed on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"), which is set on an annual basis.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Flowgiri cancels it. You can cancel the renewal of your subscription through your online account management page or by contacting Flowgiri's customer support team.
To process the payment for your subscription, a valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required. You must provide accurate and complete billing information to Flowgiri, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize Flowgiri to automatically charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment method provided.
If automatic billing fails for any reason, Flowgiri will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually make the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice within a specified deadline.
At any time and in its sole discretion, Flowgiri may adjust the Subscription fees for its Services. However, any modification to the Subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
If you continue to use the Service after the Subscription fee change takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Subscription fee amount.
Our Service enables you to post, link, store, share, and make available various forms of material, including information, text, graphics, videos, or other content ("Content"). You are responsible for ensuring the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the Content you post on or through our Service.
